Personality:
Seiyoku is in fact, extreamly stuck up. He believes that he is far more beautiful, intelligent and all round better than most other people. He sees himself as somebody very important in the near future, even though he did terrible at school.
He dislikes the cold, if it is a cold day outside, there's a good chance he won't go outside unless he really has to. He thinks everybody likes him (most just think he's annoying), he does have quite a few friends though. Mostly people who're rich or work in the fashion buisness, Seiyoku tries to get into that specific crowd of people so that he can feel important.
He's known be extreamly malicious and self centred, if he wants something he'll take it and if he has to hurt a few people along the way he wont hesitate in doing so.
He's also extreamly silly and can be a bit of an airhead, That's what he's like around his friends. He'll goof around and act like a complete idiot, usually trying to make people laugh. He'll agree with his friends on anything even if he doesn't he'll change his oppinion because his friends think differently.
He's Incredibly cowardly too. Don't expect him to do anything heroic out of his own good will. He has been known to pull through for the team on a few occasions, but most times it was only to save his own butt.
One of his main characteristics is that he's mostly sexually driven. He'll hit on the ladies like there's no tomorrow and will (usually) end up getting punched in the face. He won't give up easily and has often been called a 'stalker', not that he minds.

History:
Seiyoku was brought up with everything he could want. His parents loved him and showered him with gift every time he got so much as a D- at school. He has always lived in one house, in a cosy little street in the centre of town. A double storied house which he shares with his parents and younger brother, Yuji.
When he was young he never had many friends, so it became his ambition to make some. (He slightly failed, but meh, he's got the rest of his life ahead of him).
At school he never did very well so he became the class 'rebel'. He would always choose the seat at the back of the class, where he could plot his pranks in peace, without being disturbed. Eventually the teachers gave up, realising that he was terrible at almost every subject, they just let him dawdle at the back of the class and let him get on with whatever he was doing (usually falling asleep on top of the desk).
When he finally did start realising that, in order to get a 'super-special-ultra-important' job, he would actually have to do some work, he decided that it was little too late and gave up (Besides, someone is sure to notice his awesome skills and how amazing he is).
At the age of 10 he made his first real friend. A girl named Kieli, who, although disliked him a bit at first, was the only girl he had met who didn't think he was a complete creeper. Over an amount of time they became BFFs and the two would hang around together almost all the time. It was with her that he felt he could be himself around. Not the attention seeking douchebag tha he usually is, but someone nicer who didn't have to prove himself to anyone. (and no, this isn't one of those things where it's all like 'AWW. HE'S REALLY SWEET ON THE INSIDE!!' That's not how this is gonna roll. He really is a complete ass)
Around the time he was 15 and had finally as he would say 'got some fashion sense' he made his first popular friends. He would pretty much stalk them around the school until he was finally accepted into their group as 'cool'. He went from there to trying to get into the fashion buisness, leaving school when he turned 16 and got a job as a fashion assistant to one of the indie designers. He got fired.
When he was 17 he got his first girl friend, a girl he had met one day in his favourite clothes store. It was to her he lost his virginity (THEY GROW UP SO FAST *sniff*) and later broke up with her because he refused to cut his hair.
He had a string of Girl/boyfriends after that, but he always found something he disliked about them (and being the incompitent person that he is) he dumped them.
His life from there was a blur of PARTAAAYing, looking for a job and being glamerous. He hunts the shops weekly for the new offers on the latest trends.
Soon after he turned 20 he started going out with his best friend Kieli, who he hadn't realised he liked that way untill some intresting events that included cans of red bull, a game of keep away and his mum walking in at exactly the wrong moment.

He's Bisexual (though he prefers the ladies as men punch harder).
He had a job once, (as a fashion assistant) but he got fired for being to incompitent.
He does, in fact have a secret stash of money hiden safely away. He's forgotten where it is.
He had a haircut once, but the hairdresser 'Bobbed' him and made him look, and I quote 'Un-Fantabulous'. He's had a fear of scissors ever scince.
He hands all of his old and worn clothes down to his younger brother Yuji, claiming that it will make him 'instantly cooler' (and also that Yuji prefers to wear them because he'd rather not burden his parents with the task of buying him new clothes.)
